dc.description.abstract | La introducción de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en las estrategias comerciales de las grandes empresas marcaria un cambio sustancial en la forma en que se manejan dichas estrategias. Este progreso tecnológico posibilita niveles sin igual de personalización y eficiencia en las campañas de marketing. Esta investigación nos ayudara a comprender como se va a integrar la IA en las grandes empresas de Colombia para que así desarrollen su plan de marketing, esto se dará en un futuro cercano puesto que las inteligencias artificiales nos ayudan a ir un paso más adelante que los clientes, estas inteligencias artificiales nos ayudan enviando la publicidad al nicho adecuado que realmente está interesado en ese anuncio ya sea para adquirir un producto o servicio y que cada vez sea más sencillo para los mismos. Este método ayudara a las grandes compañías fidelizando cada vez más personas y clientes ya que su publicidad será más asertiva en cuanto a la necesidad de cada persona, y desarrollando estrategias donde se creará una base de datos según el interés de cada individuo, con el fin de que les llegue información adecuada a sus intereses. Este documento nos demuestra como se incluye la IA en los planes de mercadeo de las grandes empresas en Colombia ya que es un tema que en su momento todas las compañías sean grandes o pequeñas llegaran a la necesidad de incluirlo. La exitosa incorporación de la inteligencia artificial en las estrategias de marketing de grandes corporativos no solo aumenta la eficiencia operativa, sino que también eleva la experiencia del cliente al proporcionar mensajes más pertinentes y adaptados de manera personalizada. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | The introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) in the commercial strategies of large companies would mark a substantial change in the way these strategies are managed. This technological progress enables unparalleled levels of personalization and efficiency in marketing campaigns. This research will help us to understand how AI will be integrated in large companies in Colombia to develop their marketing plan, this will happen in the near future since artificial intelligences help us to go one step ahead of customers, these artificial intelligences help us by sending advertising to the right niche that is really interested in that ad either to purchase a product or service and that is increasingly easier for them. This method will help large companies to gain more and more people and customers as their advertising will be more assertive in terms of the needs of each person, and developing strategies where a database will be created according to the interest of each individual, in order to reach them with information appropriate to their interests. This document shows us how AI is included in the marketing plans of large companies in Colombia, since it is a topic that all companies, whether large or small, will eventually need to include it. The successful incorporation of artificial intelligence in the marketing strategies of large corporations not only increases operational efficiency, but also enhances the customer experience by providing more relevant and tailored messages in a personalized way. | eng |
